Had a great experience with Bajan Car Rentals! They were very responsive and well organized with the quote as soon as I requested, and remained so throughout our trip. Found everyone I spoke with to be professional, prompt, helpful and kind. Pick up and drop off were very easy, due to the clear and detailed written instructions provided. Big thank you to Roxane, Daniella and Amon for going above and beyond!! Thank you

Great company with very personable & professional people. Would not hesitate to rent from them again. Got rear ended and they were very helpful and courteous throughout the process of renting a different car. Easy to rate them five stars.

I’m posting this because, although the team were really nice in general, and the pickup/drop off excellent, I just feel let down by Raymond’s attitude at the end of my rental, especially when the car was sub-standard and resulted in a lot of hassle on our part which affected our holiday. - the indicators didn’t flash on and off, which made driving risky - the key fob didn’t lock or unlock the car most of the time, even after we changed the fob (and indeed the car for the last day), and I had to prise open the fob and use the key inside - the battery ran flat on night 2. I had sidelights on when I turned off the ignition, which should turn off the lights (I tested this later). Raymond changed the battery the next day - not jump start & recharge - and he charged me 155 US$ for a new battery. With all these issues he did agree that I could have an extra day and return the car after 8 days, not 7, which was fair. Imagine my shock when they then turned up on day 7 and took the car despite my call to Raymond! This affected all plans for the next 24 hours. To cap it all, I had just put 30 US$ of petrol in but they took the car and he wouldn’t give any compensation for the fuel! So I hired a car, got charged £123 for a new battery and had the hire cut short by a day. And NOT ONCE was there any apology or compromise from Raymond on the condition of the car and the hassle it caused on our holiday. I’m sorry, I’m really not impressed.

We rented a small car for a week during our stay in Barbados. They could not have made this any more convenient for us - they meet you at arrivals with the car, no waiting around at a rental office or anything like that. This is the fastest way to get out of the airport. Super friendly and helpful staff too!
