Arvia cruise ship

The ship is great but too many guests and not enough staff to cater for them. The waiting times for food and drinks in the restaurants are long and some drinks were forgotten. And as a smoker, there are only 2 areas to smoke. The area at the back on deck 18 was filthy and every now and again stunk of some chemical smell which was disgusting. P&O are building ships too big which means the service for customers suffers.

Great ship, the crew were amazing from the cleaning of the room to the bar staff and all the crew, nothing to much for them, the room was fantastic with a balcony on the 10th floor mid deck, food was great and you need to try the beach house on the 16th deck fillet steak on a hot plate, the ship is very clean and lots to do on board, the service was great.

Such a wonderful ship, huge beautiful, best for long vacation and relaxing moments with extra taking care crew members, who always ready for 24/7 at your service, I always recommend it for an amazing vacation, good go.
