This firm cannot be trusted. Frank has fitted 3 water pumps in under 12 months. How can that even happen. We live in St James and have been left with no water and I have two young children. We paid for a new pump and other appliances but only received a pump. At this point we are unsure if we ever received a new pump and they just tried to fix the old one. Currently he has taken the broken pump and we have been left with no pump. He said he would come back and fix it and we will no longer answer our calls. If I had a photo I would share it but we have paid for a pump and have no product.
