Ms. Leacock the store manager on the upper level, Shakira on the floor and the cashiers especially Ms. S. Harvey provide the absolute best customer service since this location’s opening. Shakira is extremely attentive, remembered our team when we came in numerous times to furnish clients’s properties. The range of products and modern accents are impeccable. Highly recommend shopping here. Abeds Sheraton is our go to but W Plaza has won our hearts! Many thanks from Danielle, Tanika and team at Dulcedo Estate Agency.

I had a great experience! I went to buy supplies to make an evening bag that matches a special dress, and everyone in the shop helped me to find just the right fabric and notions. The shop itself is a lovely place to visit …. All light and space, and a wonderful choice of colourful fabrics and accessories.

I had an excellent experience here, so much so that I sought out the manager. I rightly commended the helpfulness and politeness of the staff under HER management. The lift is still not in working order as of late January 2025 which isn't amazing. However, stock is coming in to the branch, everything is well spaced out, most of the descriptions are clear - it could be better but... The parking here is very good with numerous disabled parking bays. The way the incoming driveways APPEAR to be set out could be a problem in future once the centre itself is completed, but this isn't an issue with Abeds. Overall, I would highly recommend this branch. My only suggestion? Get proper cutting tables (or adapt the current tables properly), eyeballing a cut will never be straight. Once they do this AND maintain the customer service this could definitely be the best branch of Abeds on the island.
