Placed order for parts at branch in Christchurch.. Great service, very busy, good parking and shop well laid out. Prices were very competitive so I will be using them as my go to auto spares shop. Based on my first experience with them, I would definitely recommend using them.

Very well stocked for car parts.
Had I not received assistance from a member of staff with a degree of customer service I'd have given them 2 stars.
Stop speaking amongst yourselves and pay attention to your customers.

Convenient, efficient,affordable...although the chatter amongst the staff leaves you to wonder if they are laughing at us customers. However, my imagination may be overactive although I cannot speak their tongue/language.

They stick parts for most Japanese vehicles. Premium parts are available as well as lower prices items. They sell accessories and body parts too. A great store. One stop shop and go.

Awesome amount of knowledge that the staff has here, (I asked for a part for my vehicle and it was in my hands less than 3min later. Unbelievable service and staff had smiles the whole time.
