I’m writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received at your Speightstown branch. I visited recently with the intention of purchasing a product and asked one of your employees for the price. Her response was simply that she did not know.
As a customer, I expected that she would make the effort to find out the price or direct me to someone who could assist. Instead, the matter was left unresolved, and I chose to leave without making a purchase.
I hope this feedback encourages better training and service going forward, as I would appreciate a more helpful experience should I return in the future.

I usually buy my client's hair from in rock dundo which have good customer service and the ladies inside there are cool.
My review is based on the complaints I received from some of my clients.
The poor customer service, not wanting to deal with customers because of the amount of money they are spending. What have me really pist off is the attitude of the sales clerks. With the other issues I will deal with the manager about those inhouse. I do not tolerate nonsense that will cost my clients an arm and a leg, side effects from products etc. I do hope if one of you sees this review that you speak with your girls.

This review is 10/10 for hair and beauty service in Oistins Branch of Nbr 1 Beauty Supply. I always receive processional top class service from Regina & Ashlean. I am in property management over 30years and deal with staff and customers, so I see their handling of customers with their requests excellent.
I have had hair services. Lash extensions regularly. I never had make up with my busy lifestyle. And decided to try full make up for event. They made me feel young and beautiful!!

I just had to walk out of this store leaving my full basket of stuff because of horrible customer service! This guard or whatever his role is should be fired! I simply asked the gentleman whether there was one or two lines to the cashier as there were about 6 people standing around the area and his very rude response was "How many cashiers do you see"? My response to him was that this was my first time in the store and I saw 2 windows but was not sure if the person stepped out temporarily, he leaned to my face and said even more rudely "people have to get lunch" at this point I simply left! There was nothing in my basket that I needed that badly that I had to subject myself to such DISRESPECT AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The place is welll Stocked,so it takes you awhile,and if you know what you want you can ask a worker to assist you..
They were very pleasant and helpful to me.
The way you approach people have a lot to do with your experience.
There are times that the workers could take the move to approach the customer,but at the same time not every customer lilkes to be approach immidiately as they enter your business,so one has to be tackful when approacing them.
I personally was satisfied with entering and looking around,then ask for assistance..
I was given the assistance and the worker was very efficient in her service..
