The Water’s Edge Beach Bar was my go-to place to eat on the Hilton property. I spent half my time at the beach when I was at the Hilton, so I ordered mojitos, rum punch (with freshly grated nutmeg on top!!), pina colada, water’s edge burger, Caesar salad, cheese fries, and chicken nachos. The burger was my favorite food at that bar and the Caesar salad was so delicious too. We were not too big of fans of the nachos because they were on the cold side when they arrived. The cheese fries were very good though, with a little bit of seasoning and perfect cheesiness. The prices are high but I think that the food was definitely worth it. Definitely get the rum punch from here because it was just that amazing. I also especially enjoyed my mojito – it tasted so perfect. I recommend this restaurant for food, but the only thing is that the wait is sometimes too long. If you are at the beach or at the pool, order a little bit before you become really hungry to account for the wait, but the food will be good!

While the atmosphere is great being in the beach the service is mediocre and the food is no better. My Lentil burger had no taste; no slice of tomato and no slice of onion. Nothing. The crab cakes were just about decent. Our server couldn’t be bothered to even smile or come around to check on us. Nothing. Anyways the ambiance is casual and beach oriented which ia nice.

We had happy hour here every afternoon during our visit in February 2025. The servers were super friendly but understaffed and it was challenging to get their attention. Food was consistently satisfying. Prices were awesome during happy hour. The cleanliness of the patio furniture and table tops especially needs to improve. Music was a bit loud making conversation challenging.

Great food by the beach at a very nice resort. The poke bowl with tuna was fantastic. I've had it three times already. The shrimp spring rolls are also on point. My girlfriend had the grilled chicken sandwiche and said it was tasty. The rum punch is nice and strong. They also have live performances each day which is pretty cool.

Waters Edge Beach Bar near the pool was a great spot for lunch and drinks. We spent a few days here, and the staff was super friendly—especially with our kids. They’d greet them by name each day when we came down to the pool, which made it feel really welcoming.
Lunch is cooked fresh and brought out in a timely way, but it’s worth planning ahead since it usually takes about 20 minutes to come out. We didn’t mind—it gave us time to relax and enjoy the beachside view.
We got to know the bartenders and waitresses, and they really made the experience memorable. Great food, great people, and a fun vibe.
It can get a little loud with the DJ in the afternoon. Nothing that put us off. But out of the 4 days we were here it was just one day. Evening entertainment was very enjoyable as well.
