Great customer service.
Staff very nice and accommodating.
Unfortunately like most things that are essential to persons living here Glasses are expensive if you don't have insurance.

The service is excellent. Every step in my appointment journey. I felt like a valued customer there and not just a cash register feeder. Keep up the good work. Our country can learn from you.

As of yesterday I did receive great service from this optical. However I left a pair of glasses with the right lens scratched and was advised to have the anti-reflective coating removed in order to minimize the scratches. When I collected them yesterday the scratches on the Lens were much more noticeable. l am disappointed and believed that I was ill-advised.
