I had a great experience at Urge in Barbados! I ordered a chicken burger with fries and a drink, and everything was absolutely delicious. The food was flavorful and well-prepared. The customer service was also friendly and welcoming. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely return!

Food was okay and came quick but attitude of the staff member that gave me my order was disgusting. Proceeded to shove my order that if I didn’t catch it it would’ve fallen to the floor. When I asked politely if they had any salt she sucked her teeth at me and said ‘disgusting asking for salt’ and when getting some she looked me up and down in a manner of disgust. This was on 22/02 so whoever was doing it needs to check her attitude. Wait in line for the subway

Hands down the worst airport chicken burger and fries I have had across the globe. We had two buffalo chicken burgers, a side fries, water and a small coke. Staff seemed miserable when ordering and irritated when they gave me our meal without the fries and I had gone back to ask for them. The food itself - appalling. Fries were cooked without any salt or seasoning and they refused to give me any salt/pepper when I asked. The two buffalo chicken burgers weren’t burgers.. they were buns with lettuce, tomato, and 7 small chicken nuggets each, that kept falling out of the burger. To top it all off, the buffalo sauce was non-existent. This meal was ~$95 Barbados Dollars / ~$47.50 USD. This is a bit on the higher side for Barbados prices, but I’d be less critical if the food was edible.

I was thoroughly impressed with the Crispy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. The staff member who assisted me was knowledgeable and effectively addressed my inquiries regarding its ingredients. However, I must admit to experiencing a degree of food envy; my companion's URGE Double 100% Beef Burger appeared exceptional, and his assessment was "This is phenomenal."

Food was fresh but the chicken tenders had no taste, no seasoning, nothing. The fries were oily and scattered in the bag. Poor presentation, poor taste but sufficient food.
