Awful service.... well there is no service. I called more than a dozen time, nobody is picking up the phone, there is just a recorded voice who says that they will return your call, left dozens messages, nobody called me back... simply ridicolous! They have an envelop with my credit card i need since more than a month in their office. I decided to go there. On Google it's written that they are open till 5 pm, i went there at 4.30 pm, office closed, no signs, no telephone numbers to contact for urgent matters, lights and a/c on inside, door closed and locked.
This is just a joke, I hope they will change everything... the office, the telephone number, the employees (if somebody is still working there) their wonderful service! Simply Ridicolous!!!
Don't use UPS Barbados if you can avoid!!!

Never delivered, never called/messaged, never answered my calls…. I don’t know what to say. At least I got my package by going to the headquarters?

If I could rate this place a zero, I would. I am extremely displeased with the place. Their service is horrible! Never ever use UPS Barbados, ever! I would like to warn everyone: If you use UPS Barbados to get your package, prepare yourself that the package will arrive at least a month late. My package arrived on the 30th of January ate UPS Barbados. Today is the 16th of February and I still have not received my package yet. They keep on telling me it has to be released, but no one can tell me why. They keep on promising to call me back but they never do. Do not use UPS Barbados, you will regret it!!!

I had multiple negative experience with UPS in 2023/early 2024 which led me to write this review:
Deserves 0 stars. No one answers the phone. Terrible customer service. No one can give a timeline as to when your item will be delivered or ready for collection.
Would be more convenient to walk and collect your package.
However, over the last maybe 6 months there has be a change in management and a MAJOR improvement in service. At this point I would actually recommend UPS for shipping services. I trust that this is just the beginning of a major turn around for UPS in Barbados
