My girls and I wanted to plan a girls trip but we didn’t want all the hassle. Reached out to traveljunkie246 and the rest was history! From the beginning once we indicated the general timeline and where we wanted to go, that was enough; traveljunkie246 provided us with a quotation detailing trip; payment methods ; hotel reservation details; it was very detailed. Excellent service from provision of quotation, to bookings, activities, everything, travel junkie had it covered. The days leading up to our trip traveljunkie ensured to give us reminders and checklists to ensure we were ready for our trip. On the day of our trip we got surprised appreciation gifts which we were not expecting; it was sweet. We went two places panama and Punta Cana and we did not have to worry about transportation this was well sorted and she checked in on us before our flights and after to make sure we reached our destinations and were properly checked in. We had an issue with one the hotel rooms; we got change into a room twice and we were very unhappy with the changes. We reached out to traveljunkie and explained the situation which was not what we expected and traveljunkie went above and beyond she called the hotel and spoke to manager, spoke with customer rep and stayed on the line with us as well to ensure that we received a better room; with all this happening she was actually checking out other hotels to transfer us to if satisfaction was not made; she advocated for us and it was very heartwarming the level of communication and care taken to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay and comfort for our trip. Given we were all new to these countries; she was able to provide us with ideas for activities and even assisted with researching and booking the activities for us. If she didn’t know she investigated for us and gave us options. Especially in Panama, she ensured to organise a personal tour guide to take us places and even take us to the malls and even surprised spots which we only found out from the tour guide that our travel agent requested these trips . We could reach out to traveljunkie at anytime of the day or night when we had a question, she made herself available. I would recommend Traveljunkie246 anytime you are looking to book a trip; well detailed; meticulous, friendly , dependable, reliable , great customer service. My friends and I decided to plan a girls trip at a very short notice to Panama and Punta Cana and Marsha from Travel Junkie was so accommodating. The process was very smooth, she checked in on us regularly and also assisted us with any issues we experienced especially in Punta Cana. Would definitely recommend Marsha from Travel Junkie 246 because the service was top tier and she was very professional. 10/10 experience and would definitely be booking again.

I would have arrange my travel in 2024 through Travel Junkie 246 and found the service was impeccable, it met and surpassed my expectations and definitely for any future travels I will absolutely be booking through them. Thank you for taking the hassle out of travelling for me.
