The Nubianaire Club is amazing! I love the large selection of books, gifts and games which feature black and brown people. It's absolutely great for our young children to see themselves reflected positively in the books they read, it helps to build their self-esteem and create a positive self-image. It's the only bookshop in Barbados, which solely features black and brown talent. Yes! this is long overdue and very much welcomed. Thanks for making this opportunity happen Julia 🙏🏽

The Nubianaire Club is a great addition to Barbados. I love that they have created a sacred space for black authors and they also sell products made by and for people of our culture. Thank you for creating space for my book Zuri Says You Are Worthy, affirmations for children.

Loved visiting this bookstore and seeing the range of inclusive books on offer. Nothing else like it in Barbados. Great spot to bring the little ones and the service is fantastic. Highly recommend for locals and tourists alike!

A well rounded book selection which continues to grow and seeing so many options from black and brown authors was a welcomed surprise. You can also find games and other unique items. Very good service and I definitely recommend a visit to the store.

A welcomed inclusion with books that speaks to us about us and looks like us. I’m elated to have access to such a vast range of books for both children and adults it is absolutely fantastic and the service is second to none.
