My husband and I visited The Key Shop in Barbados this morning to purchase a keyless home entry system for an apartment. There were several security options as well as an extremely well stocked shop related to keys, secure entry, safes and tools. We were super impressed with the service we received, which was friendly and knowledgeable. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to The Key Shop again in future.

The Key Shop went above and beyond for me. I went in for a simple vehicle key cutting and to have the old fob pieces transferred to the new case. I ran into an issue and they didn't stop until I was sorted. Anderson, I thank you for all your help! You were fantastic and Scott, I appreciate how you handled everything. If I ever need a key cut again or know someone who does, there's only one suggestion on who to use now. You have a loyal customer in me 🙏

Excellent service. Ian came quickly and dealt with the situation. He installed a new lock. Everything was done in no time at all. Very professional. Highly recommended.
