DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
When you spend money here you’re definitely begging along with it. I think the tactic they use is giving discounts so the after care package that’s supposed to be given to treat your piercings will not be included, instead of a normal person just saying they don’t have at the moment. Firstly he doesn’t have the correct jewelry for certain piercings and will use anything literally put a nose ring in my tragus piercing which is too small, definitely has an attitude problem. I got some bumps and asks some questions and he was rather annoyed honestly I think he only cares about money, if you cannot contact your piercer about concerns with healing process your dealing with the wrong one.

Tattoo city has very unprofessional workers .
1. Why would you take appointments if weren't providing the service that day.?
2. They don't know how to speak to people . Seeing that the establishment is located above other businesses and there was no sign how were we suppose that you weren't suppose to go up there.? The lady told us we could proceed. The young lady acted like she was speaking to dogs and because my aunt asked a question she proceeded to state "i hate foolishness" what is the foolishness does she mean that fact she can't speak to people.? I find this outrageous and disgusting ..

Do not go here for piercings at he is impatient and rude ignores your request for numbing cream although its including in the price, did my helix and instead of an actually earring he inserted a nose ring which is not supposed to be for my ears, gave no aftercare instructions whatsoever, wasted my money unacceptable

Horrible horrible customer service. Very rude and unprofessional. No sign indicating where the place is located either. Just awful.
