Absolutely loved everything about this place, coupled with my entire Bajan experience. The space is amazing, large and spacious. Well equipped kitchen. Loved the view on the football pitch and catch some action when chilling on the balcony. Location so easy to get to and great for local strolls. Although I was staying in the off-season, so it was super quiet - this place is so close to all the action. The host (Paul) is super super helpful and really friendly, always providing daily tips and recommendations - felt so welcomed and comfortable. The property grounds are beautiful and always nice to go back to after a long day. AC would have been great in the living room space, but it was doable, not a major negative. Loved the fact that a supermarket and transport (bus) was close by. Highly recommended. I would definitely stay here again.

Zeema and her son Paul are super hosts. They treat you like family. The apartment was very spacious and well kept. The facilities are affordable and comfortable as well as being within walking distance from beautiful Dover Beach with its restaurants and food shacks. I will definitely visit again and recommend to friends.

We enjoyed our stay at Sun and sea apartments. We had company of Zeo the dog and Myles the cat every day. The studio was smal and is very basic. So is the kitchen. You can cook some simple things. Small frying pan, cooking pan medium size and a small pan(boiled some eggs, cooked veggies) is what you get in studio A.Also reasonable size fridge with freezer. What is great to have.We brought from home (traveled and rented a lot) some small storage containers, foil, sharp knife etc.. Every 5 days the appartement get cleaned. And you get 1 towel per person. The appartement is simple, so not for everyone. But is really clean, what is important for me. You are on the ground floor, have your own patio. There is across the street a soccer /cricket field. You have dogs barking, roosters so it can be a little noisy. You hear the bar music.We just closed the bathroom door and it wasn't that bad. If you're a light sleeper it can be a little difficult to get to sleep. We had difficult sleeping with the mattress. Zeema right away arranged another mattress. So you will have a great mattress. We stayed for 1 month, had a Great stay. We for sure would want to go back. It's great to be so close to the beach and everything else, for such a reasonable price. We met so many fantastic people. It was hard to leave. We would recommend this place. They have also appartements so you can choose.

We, 100% recommend Sun n sea apartments. Zeema and Paul are excellent hosts and after staying here a month, we are really going to miss them and Zee (the dog). They truly are a great friendly team and can't be any more welcoming. Excellent location, just 100 meters from Dover beach, bars and restaurants. We will most definitely be back. I had a wonderful relaxing stay at Paul and Zeema's Sun and Sea Apartments. It's fantastic value for money and the location is just perfect. A short two minute walk to Dover Beach and to the numerous bars and restaurants along the strip. Public transport via the ZR minivans is cheap and easy to get if you're going to explore other beaches such as Rockley and Carlisle Bay or onwards to Bridgetown. I'd highly recommend the short walk over to Worthing Beach and have something to eat at the Seafood Shack, followed by a few cold beers at Tikkles Bar. It's a heavenly setting to watch the sun go down. There's also a lovely dog at Sun and Sea Apartments. Zee is his name.
