We had our last dinner on St. Lucia at Spinnakers - wanting to have an amazing last night and last meal. We got there early - no reservation. Thankfully the waitress seated us, but said we'd have to be done by 7pm (plenty of time). Get there early and experience sunset by the beach.
Our experience was heightened by our great, beachside table ... also lubricated by a generous happy hour. Our meals were more high end - from quality to price - but well worth it all.
Our dinner was a nice way to cap an amazing 9 days on St. Lucia!

You can find Spinnakers right on Reduit Beach - the perfect spot to combine a dip in the sea with a great meal. The food is tasty, the portions are generous.
A great option if you’re looking to enjoy the water and lunch all in one place!

Bartenders were great, beautiful water! Fun atmosphere but way too pushy aggressive people trying to sell their goods or a guy just sitting down making you a basket then asking for $20. We've gotten used to pushy people.

The oxtail was absolutely excellent. Highly recommend the oxtail. The shrimp quinoa salad, though it had great flavor, was disappointing. Though it looks like a lot, they put the quinoa on top of a bed of lettuce - cheaters! Additionally, only THREE shrimp were served. Anyway, don't get this plate; you with the more traditional plates. Finally, yes, the waiting time was ridiculous, but, welcome to the Caribbean. Relax, have a beer, always ask as soon as you arrive for food availability & kitchen schedule - enjoy.

Tasty meal, friendly staff, happy hour drink specials, great sunset view, and reasonable prices. Excellent vacation dinner spot. And cute local wildlife.
