Two hours for a vacuum and wash with 6 or 7 workers. Better management is needed to streamline activities. A car shouldn't take more than 30 minutes to be completed.

I booked an appointment with them 1 day before and told them I'll be there at 9:30 for the car wash and vacuum. I was told that it will take an hour, but instead it took 2 hours. When I came back to my car I found out that the guy I handed my car keys to had LOST the keys. So I've been waiting in the hot sun for half an hour now....they still haven't found the keys... If there was an option to give a 0 star review I would give that. Very disappointed.
Edit: they finally found the keys and still charged me the full price. Not coming here again.

The guy that cleaned the truck was nice. However, the price was changed without being told ahead of time. No where on the board does it say that the prices fluctuate.
