Exceptional service by both staff and management helped my to find a shoe that's both in my budget and size. Staff friendly and greeted me with smiles in their faces and wasted no time in assisting me.
I like for the young gentlemen to keep up the great customer service and to management for training them well and keep up the good work. 👍

Exceptional service! Two employees stood to greet me on entering the the store yesterday and offered to assist. This was a refreshing change from other establishments where I've been ignored while staff entertain themselves on cellphones. Keep up the good work! Kudos to the management and staff of Shoe Max.

The experience was great, young man was very helpful and kind, even put on and buckled my shoes and took them off and everything. 10/10 would recommend and go back again
