Sandy Lane Estate Property Owners Beach Club

We rented a villa on the Sandy Lane estate and had use of the Sandy Lane Owners Beach Club. We’ve rented a few different villas over the years on the estate and had use of the beach club. Firstly I’d say the beach itself is beautiful and the best beach club on the island in terms of location, setup of beds/umbrellas and really does make the villas at Sandy Lane better than Royal Westmorland. The issue is the staff at the beach club. Some are very friendly, however many of them are just extremely rude and dismissive. Especially the girl that checks you in. We went every day of the holiday and she acted as if she’d not seen us before. She told us as we were ‘renters’ we weren’t allowed a cool box in our cabana… however this is a rule the owners of the villa were not aware of. She was just very rude and it seemed to be an undercurrent of attitude amongst most of the staff. It’s a shame as the location and beach are really first class.

Great location. Had lunch twice. Sent the wrong order to me a total of 6 times in the two trips. Both times rest of the group had finished their food 90 mins before.
