The family who owns the resort is awesome! They are friendly, Ermenta is a great manager, and they made sure we feel at home. One day, we drove around Barbados and had a little picnic, we stopped at different places, and it made me really happy to have experienced the tour with them. We stayed for 5 months in one of the studio-type rooms with the ocean view. The room has its own kitchen with an oven, a restroom, and a balcony. I would watch the sunrise in the morning, and a few minute bike ride or walk to the other side, is the beautiful Barbados sunset. The kite beach is nearby, turtles can be seen swimming on the Round Rock, I even saw a stingray breaching out of the water, and the waves are dramatically beautiful. We lucked out, and we love this place.

Run away from this place. The rooms are dirty, miserable, and not maintained. Seriously ghetto accommodation. The towels are older than old, the toilets barely flush and the front desk girl has pretty bad manners as a host. The restaurant here is an ecoli outbreak waiting to happen. Ya maybe they can grill fish but we warned, when I was there, the toilet was overflowing into the kitchen. Stay away and avoid the false advertising. This place is nothing like the photo.

I spoke w manager Ermenta before we arrived from California and she assured me that it was ok checking in at 4am bc of our flight and she would have a driver come and pick us up. The driver gave us a key and we were able to crash. Next morning she checked me in and was very nice and sweet. The room was good for the night. Very spacious apartment esp. if you are a surfer. Dont expect the best amenities, but appreciate the love being shown. Great pit stop. Loved it. Great start to my birthday weekend.

Stay away. This place is run down and dirty. Broken fixtures, patio door that doesn't open and close, old towels, and generally just unclean. The website photos do not reflect the condition of the property. The rates are way over priced. Its the equivalent of a run down motel. Traveler beware of round rock.

This is the Bates Motel of Barbados ! More complaints than I have time to list ... Avoid! Outdated and overpriced. Terrible customer service, and no warm shower in all the 9 days of our stay. Three days wait for a lightbulb change in the kitchen area, keys lost by the cleaner..., the list goes on . We left without any refund and found more comfortable accommodation for the rest of our stay in Barbados.
