First and foremost I would like to give credit were credit is due. I contacted Ramsey Real Estate last year about renting out my parents property. I spoke with a lady called Juanita who was very professional during our conversation over the phone, we arranged a meeting to discuss the the rental moving forward. She attended the meeting with her work colleague Dawn-Marie who was also very professional at her job, they both listened to what I wanted and advised me on what they could provide for me whilst looking after the property. Within 2 months they had already vetted a tenant and they have moved in to the property without any problems.I will again like to thank all of the team at Ramsey Real Estate.

Beware of engaging with Ramsay Real Estate they are rude and unprofessional in their communication, they do not attempt to sell your land but advise you they will be owed commission if you sell your land / property after they agree to cancel any contract you have with them because they have not listed your land or property for sale. They had an agreement with me for 65 days never contacted me and did not list my land for sale. When I asked where was my land listed for sale Gary Ramsay said he had not photographed my land because it was partially over grown. This is not a real estate agent to trust especially if you are not resident in Barbados.
