I made an inquiry on behalf of some friends and they were adamant about getting a short-term west coast rental for the Christmas Holidays…Saint Peter’s Bay stood out for me. Close enough to holetown but away from what can sometimes seem as gaudy buildings and busy streets. Every question was answered promptly and politely - which seems to be a luxury these days! Charlene was very accommodating and my friends thoroughly enjoyed their time on island. They’ve booked in for Nov. this year (Christmas books up quickly - bit of advice, book early) and can’t wait to be back! 10/10 customer service and attention to detail.

Beware of this company - booked accommodation and they cancelled it and re-advertised at a higher price. I am now stuck with flights I can't cancel. I booked this through booking.com so don't think that gives any protection!!!
We are also returning customers and they are just ignoring us - appalling customer service!
Thanks for the response but you cancelled our booking, and within 10 minutes it was back on sale with a 50% price increase. You claim the property sale is in process, so is it not a little early for the new potential owner to be advertising new pricing.
If thgis was the case, you should have made every effort to have existing bookings honoured and we will pursue this with both booking .com and St Peters Bay management as this sort of practice isn't enhancing anyones reputation!
Your communication and customer service is extremely poor and I believe I am right highlighting this type of customer service.
You also forget to mention that you told booking .com that the property was closing for refurbishment which they are looking into.
Honesty is always the best policy!!
