Best vegan food and worth the drive from the south side of the island! Truly cooked with love, he knows what he is doing! Great man.
Papa Earl is currently operating outside of his home, on the corner of Highway 1 and Husbands road, 2 doors down from Rtr Supermarket.

A hidden vegan gem! Note: he is not in a food truck anymore so the location listed on google maps is now incorrect. Use the other location on the maps labelled "Papa Earl’s - Rasta Ital Vegetarian/Vegan Mobile & Home Cooked Meals". He serves out of his home on the same main road by the hotel. The only landmark are rasta coloured garbage cans with a blue car in the driveway. Not kidding! We had delicious rice, beans veggies and some kind of "fry" which was delicious. Set menu - you are only asked for how many. Huge portions. Nicest fellow. Just walk up the driveway and there's a window to the right and holla! :)
