My husband and I purchased an apartment style condominium unit in August of 2024. One of the changes that we made to the condo unit, to make it our own, was putting in a water filtration system.
We have dealt with the staff at Newport Water for CO2 canisters for our Drinkmate machine. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, as you would expect. That made them the best choice, for us, to purchase a filtration system.
I highly recommend Newport for their quality products, knowledgeable staff and great customer service!!

Davon usually visits our offices to conduct our servicing on a quarterly basis and/or when any issues persist. I must say, the Newport team is very lucky to have one of a kind on their team! His personality and superior attitude carries a pleasant effect when representing the Newport brand!
Differently, I must say kudos to ALL of the Newport staff! They are all amazing people, I must say! NOT ONE flaw I can mention! Keep up the great work Devon & Team! Well appreciate what you do 🤏🏾🫶🏾🙌🏾.

Working with Newport was fantastic. I got a water filter for my kitchen sink and it has greatly improved the taste of my water. Working with Kyra was an absolute pleasure and Davon was also extremely helpful and informative when he came to do my installation!

Very happy with service. Tech came quickly, was able to identify the issue and explain it, and resolved it. I was also able to reach support easily to log the issue so we’re very happy with service call.
