This is the first time I have ever received an electronic receipt and the opportunity to submit a review. While preparing to pay for my purchase at your Hastings branch (on one of the rare occasions I shop at this location), I noticed my email and other information was incorrectly entered. However, the cashier made the amendments and merged the 2 accounts which were on file in my name. I will not go into detail but I trust that the actual service from the cashier and trainee representative will improve over time.

My shopping at Nature's Discount proceeded smoothly today. However, I was disappointed that the product that I went to the store for, was still not available after two weeks. Initially I had requested to have Xylitol sweetener brought up from another location, to the Hastings store, but the person who answered the phone and said they would call back, didn't. Now all locations are out of this product and I couldn't even find out when it would be in stock again. I'm still a customer. 🙏

Neviandra was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products I wanted to buy. She even made suggestions on when I should take the products (3 different ones). I felt comfortable with her advice.
