Went for the first time to register for my NIS and security to the assistant who processed it were very nice and professional. Didn't take long either. Coming from England, I was shocked !! Thank you😲

One of the most frustrating places to deal with. And it's not even for myself. I could not begin to imagine how my grandmother would feel if she had to be the one dealing with this place on her own. Disappointed 10 times over

I had a great customer service experience at NIS. Dishonna (sp?) was very kind and helpful and the security officers who assisted me were as well.

I have been emailing a officer about year now give my case file no meeting no reply. From the officer in compliance. Do I have to go MP with my cases. Emails and chats will be transparent for next review.

The people that work here do not deserve to be employed, they belong behind the kfc counter. You can't deal with the elderly's retirement social security and be rude and not do your job. I expect better service in war torn countries than this place. This is a disgrace to the nation
