The office is very beautiful, and the staff were kind during my visit. I went in for my first pap smear back in December, and everything went smoothly on the day—I even felt quite proud afterward. I was told there would be a card machine available to swipe my insurance, but it wasn’t working, so I had to make an extra trip to drop off the physical form, which was inconvenient but manageable. However, when I received my results, the report noted that the sample was "limited by cellular clumping" but still labeled as "satisfactory." After doing some research and speaking with doctor friends, I was told that these two statements contradict each other—cellular clumping usually makes the sample unsatisfactory. Wanting clarification, I reached out to the office, only to be told that if I wanted an explanation, I’d need to pay an additional $75 on top of the $220 I had already paid. I find this extremely unreasonable and disappointing—it gives the impression that the office is more focused on profit than patient care. This tainted the experience and i have no intentions of returning.

"They don't allow men to make appointments." I recently had an experience that left me both surprised and disappointed with Lotus Wellness. My partner kindly offered to call and make a gynecology appointment on my behalf—an act of kindness that means a lot to me. However, he was informed that males are not allowed to schedule appointments and was instead sent an online form via WhatsApp (to forward to me) for me to complete personally. While I understand the importance of privacy and consent in healthcare, I believe this policy could benefit from reconsideration. Anyone, regardless of gender, can complete the online form—so the restriction placed on men calling to inquire or assist feels unnecessarily exclusionary. My supportive partner, has always actively participated in all aspects of my well-being. Denying him the ability to help schedule an appointment raises broader questions: What about fathers trying to support their daughters? Or male caregivers acting in the best interest of their loved ones? In a time when support systems are more important than ever, this policy feels outdated and misaligned with the realities of modern relationships and family dynamics. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and encourages a review of the current approach. Due to this overall experience, I however have decided to seek care elsewhere. Because for me, empowering women also means supporting those who support us.

Choosing Dr Archer to be my Ob was the BEST decision I made. From the start my husband and I received amazing, professional service and all the details could ever want.... Dr. Archer really knows her work and i felt completely comfortable with the explanations and recommendations given along the way.The staff is professional & compassionate. I don't think I could have got through this process without the team, and if I had to do this again I would return! Very happy 😊

worst gyno experience ive ever had, tracy is very condescending and has zero intrest in helping you unless you want to be on birthcontrol or get pregnant, i wanted to get tested for different conditions like PCOS and Endometriosis etc because they're genetic in my family and wouldn't take me on because i dont have any facial hair. i would mever recommend this place to any young woman that wants a pleasant and comfortable experience at a gyno

My first experience was very comforting and professional. The care and interest Dr. Archer has and shows is beyond any other experience I've had. I will definitely be back again!!!
