Trust the reviews that say you’re coming to this restaurant for the view, not the food. We ordered the mahi-mahi, which was unfortunately overcooked and lacked the juicy, tender texture you would expect from fresh fish. We also tried the catch of the day, which was red snapper. It was okay, but nothing special and certainly overpriced for the flavor and overall quality. I wouldn’t come here with high expectations for the food, but the view was absolutely lovely, and the service was alright. Overall, I’d say you’re paying more for the location and scenery than the dining experience.

We had a wonderful experience at Kokoa! The beachfront location is absolutely stunning, with incredible ocean views that made the whole meal even more special. Watching the water while dining was unforgettable. Our server, Thajmond (I apologize if I misspelled the name), was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome from start to finish. The service was excellent, and the beautiful atmosphere made for a perfect dining experience. If you're looking for a restaurant in Aruba with amazing views and great hospitality, Kokoa is definitely worth visiting!

This is the first restaurant, I visited in Aruba. I booked a table at sunset, and the view didn't disappoint. I had a Pina Colada as the sun went down, and ate a wonderfully complex ceviche comparable to the ceviche I had in Hawaii years ago. The ahi didn't disappoint either. As the last rays of sunshine disappeared over the horizon I sat on a rock and absorbed the stunning views, whilst being light splashed by the waves. It was truly an evening to remember.

The best place we ate at in Aruba (lunch and dinner). We had: tropical salad, bbq chicken taco, twin lobster tails, herb crusted salmon. All were amazing. The view is the best. Service was friendly and efficient. Incredible hidden gem!!!

I’d say this is one of the best places to have dinner and end your vacation on the island. Highly recommended—excellent service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I suggest making a reservation and dining right on the beach, with your table set on the sand.
