Great food and large portions for the price (it’s expensive but food on the island is expensive everywhere unless you’re getting local fruits and veg from the market stands). It’s the only place we ate twice during our week long stay.
Great options for adults and kids alike. I got fish both times we ate here. Spiced nicely and large portions. My other family members got ribs, burgers and chicken Caesar wraps. For sides, we had fries, macaroni pie, Caesar salad, grilled vegetables, rice and peas (very few peas), coleslaw, and garden salad. All were great and hit the spot at the end of long, warm days. We also had rum punches that were pretty standard.
Warning for parents of picky kids - the macaroni pie has long noodles and a bit of a spice in it that’s different from North American versions. Still tastes great but that was a deal breaker for my hungry but picky nephew. It’s the same all over the island, though, if you’ve tried it at other places. Fries are standard deep fried from the bag so that’s a safe go-to.

Came here after snorkeling and walking around for a bit. We both ordered a burger. The staff wasn’t very friendly and the food took awhile to get. Once we got the food, it was a let down. Not worth the wait or price. The burger had no real flavor and had two small pieces of cut lettuce on there. What?!? How do you not put a full piece of lettuce on? I asked for no tomato which they left on which isn’t a big deal but it’s annoying. The coleslaw was mediocre compared to the amazing coleslaw I’d been eating in Barbados at other places. The corn on the cob was shriveled up and kind of hard like it was microwaved for way too long. There was no seasoning on it either. My husband got fries and a Cesar salad for his sides and the salad was very small with runny flavorless dressing. The fries were alright. Overall, we were really hungry so we ate it but it was the worst meal we had in Barbados. Definitely would not be back.

It's a local feeling place. With a steady mix of customers. Food is good, but the experience is strange.
1. Queue to order food and drink. 20 minutes on a Wednesday in January
2. Once paid, take the ticket for drinks to the bar
3. Find a seat and wait for the food, 30+ minutes
4. Drink is finished, so queue 10 minutes to order another and pay, then back to the bar
Food was tasty and loads of it. Staff were nice, but a weird set up to pay and order. Fast food style for slow food.
