I hate leaving bad reviews, but I hope the owners really see this one. I believe by now my reviews have been known to be honest and straight forward. The 3 young ladies who worked on the morning of the 31st of October 2024 need a BCC course in customer service, cause this wasn't it. My drink was awesome yes, atmosphere very nice and fancy but the customer service was beyond poor and unprofessional. There's no way I as a customer should feel uneasy by your attitude or hear your "gossip" from behind the counter. DO BETTER! ( fully air conditioned and accepts cards btw people)

Italia never disappoints. The new location in six roads is perfect - cozy, quiet and generally just feels light. It's perfect for a meet and drink or even a coffee date if you'd like.
Staff are always pleasant and full of energy.
My last visit I felt like I was home. Just got absorbed in my ebook while drinking my favorite - caramel frescante expresso!

We arrived in Barbados from a Ritz Carlton cruise. Better coffee here than we had on board for a week. We plan on stopping by next time we’re in the area.

A nicely decorated coffee shop in the Six Roads area. Wifi available as well as numerous power outlets and charging ports. Ideal spot for a light snack, and some coffee to get you through all those emails. Staff are usually polite if not cordial.
