One of the best hotels on the island. Excellent food, beverage, view. Room to beach in less than 5 minutes. Knowledgeable staff. Located close to the city.

Everything was excellent. We were upgraded to an ocean front balcony room with tall ceilings. I appreciate having a bathtub to soak in, and I appreciate the Hilton Honors Gold rewards - including complimentary continental breakfast. The full buffet is only $10 for Gold members. The Rum bar was lovely. The music in the evening was fantastic! We even had a dance! Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would definitely return.

I've been in the military for over 18 years, leading me to travel extensively for work. During a recent conference at the Hilton Barbados Resort, I left my Louis Vuitton sunglasses. Despite notifying the hotel immediately, they failed to respond to my multiple emails and my glasses were never returned. Currently at the same hotel for a different conference, I encountered issues with their breakfast policy. As a Gold member, they offer complimentary continental breakfast, but non-members were charged $40 USD. During breakfast, I asked for a coffee to go, only to wait over 20 minutes before being informed it wasn't allowed. Despite paying over $650 a night for 7days, the initial refusal was surprising. After speaking with the manager, they eventually offered me the coffee. SMH! I find it disappointing that such high-priced accommodations lack basic amenities like a coffee or water display. The overall service quality is subpar for the considerable expense. This experience raises concerns, especially for those considering the Hilton Barbados Resort for a vacation stay.
