We had the best time today touring Willemstad in Curacao with our awesome tour guide, Sherwin! He took us on the Cave adventure and the Curacao distillery,. We visited some beaches and beautiful scenic views where we took pictures. Then, we toured city, of Willemstad. During the tour, he told us about the history of the city and the rich culture of the island and the people there. Our ship’s itinerary changed before we got to Curaçao so our time there was cut short, but Sherwin managed to make this one of the best tour excursions ever!

Joey (or Joseph) was our tour guide for the day. And the five of us absolutely loved the entire private tour. Joey picked us up from our Airbnb which was nice. We saw a good chunk of the island that included stops at Hato caves, Shete Boka National Park, Playa Piscado (where we swam with numerous sea turtles), lunch at Playa Forti restaurant (which was quite good), photo op at Playa Kenepa Grandi beach, saw some flamingoes, and returned to our Airbnb.
The time with Joey was definitely a highlight of our vacation. We would definitely recommend Gone Caribe tours.

Amazing day with Joseph and Sherwin from Gone Caribe! They took our family of eleven to all of the best sights around Curaçao- Hato Caves, Boca Pistol (blow hole), snorkelling with sea turtles, relaxing on the beach and seeing flamingoes in the wild. I highly recommend this company, our guides were fun, interesting, and organized, and we had the best day!

We loved our tour with Gone Caribe. They were very responsive and accomodating to all of our questions and requests. We loved our driver and tour guide. They drove us safely in the air conditioned van, and were kind and informative. We met our Gone Caribe tour at the Starbucks, a short walk from the cruise ship. They took us to tour the cave, see flamingos, and to a beach for snorkeling and lunch. They brought the snorkel equipment and water. Overall, we loved the tour and would recommend it.

We had a fabulous time with Joey. He took great care of us all around Curacao, including the hike up Mount Christoffel which was more technical than I expected. We enjoyed lunch at a local place and beach cafe, both with great water views. Joey also shared about his country and answered our many questions as I love hearing about an area from a local guide. Thank you, Joey for hanging out with us!
