We were very impressed with GO car rental. I was able to fill out all the paperwork before arrival and so when I checked in at the airport they simply took us to our car. The vehicle was relatively new and clean and in great shape. On the return check in there were numerous personnel in the parking lot and they greeted us and very efficiently got us going toward the airport departure check in.
Two recommendation: make sure to buy the extra insurance, the roads in Barbados can be very rough and challenging! Secondly, arrive 4 hours before you flight for departure, the Barbados airport departure process is incredibly slow and inefficient and totally undersized for the amount of traffic they have. It took us an hour and 30 minutes of standing in a huge line to get from dropping off our luggage to getting through security.

We had the most stress-free car rental ever other than them asking us to hand in the car with no sand which is hard in Barbados lol. They accommodated us by delivering the vehicle to our accommodations and then they extended the rental for us and allowed us to drop it off at the airport, and the exchanging of keys and finalization of the contract was very quick and efficient. I highly recommend using GO and we will definitely be using them again. thank you very much for the amazing service.

4th or 5th time I have rented a car from this office in Barbados. The service is getting better every year. This year was an excellent. The vehicle I rented had an issue with the Apple CarPlay, and the staff couldn’t have been better. The final return process was also hugely improved, with staff out in the parking lot to meet, check and sign off on the car.

Car rental was great. Very good, quick service at pick up, car was nice newer car. Our flight was delayed leaving by a day and they had no issue allowing us to book an additional day. Drop off was quick and easy. Would rent with them again on next visit.

From completing all paperwork online before travelling and speedy pick up/return was brilliant. We were met outside the office and directed straight to our car. Water given to us at the start and end of the car pick up/drop off. The guy was really helpful and when I struggled to get my phone paired with the in car screen the next day, went back and he set it up for me. Really helpful. Had phone calls during the stay to see if I was happy with the car and to let me know I could keep the car a little longer as our flight times had changed. They couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Will definitely be using them again for my next years trip.
