Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even though it was near to closing time I wasn't rushed or made uncomfortable. They will get much future business from me.
The prices were average compared to similar hardware stores but they had a very nice show room where you could see and touch the items. Special orders are not a problem here. Basic glass cutting is two days and more specialized cuts are always less then 2 weeks for big orders.

Customer service and satisfaction 5 stars...The guys in this organisation are superb..I had a slight issue with a purchase but it resolved quite satisfactory..then I opted to make another purchase..to my surprise it was even cheaper than quoted by another place that does mirrors...I always thought parking would be a headache since it's in Bridgetown..I was wrong..it was my first visit but wont be my last..Thank you
