The service was fantastic. I called General Auto to diagnose 2 faulty keys for a 2006 Suzuki Grand Vitara. They showed up at my doorstep same day and got things back in working order right on the spot. 1 brand new key was cut & programmed and the other key repaired. The process only took about 20 minutes. Very professional & friendly customer service. I will definitely be calling on them again if i have any key related or auto electrical work required. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!!

General Auto did an excellent job programming my FOB when the dealership couldn’t. Their customer service was top-notch, and I’m very satisfied with the experience. Highly recommend!
