Horrible Service when trying to have my Dualsense Edge repaired. I carried my controller to this establishment to have the springs in the triggers replaced as there was a noticeable clicking noise that would occur after playing for some time. I was informed it would be a $20 deposit to have the controller accessed and then this amount would be deducted from the overall fee to repair the controller. No problem. I was told it would take a week on average. Fast forward a week I called to enquire about my controller but was told that the technician had not looked at it yet but he will get to it by tomorrow and I would be contacted about the next step in the repair. A couple days later and I still had not been contacted so I ended up calling again and was told this time that I will be contacted before the end of the day. This continued until 3 weeks had passed and I was never contacted by anyone. I ended up calling and telling them that I would like to collect my controller back as nothing was being done. Would not do business with this company again.

Great Service! I got an Apple watch from them and their price was the most affordable compared to several other places in Barbados for the same item. The particular one I wanted wasn't in stock when I first called but they took the time to keep me informed when one was coming in, gave me a call when it arrived and put a hold on it for me until I got there the following day to purchase it. Much appreciated and would like to thank the Game Xpress team!

I would like to give a big shout out and say a million thanks to Dondre (I hope I spelt it right) for his excellent customer service yesterday. He was very knowledgeable, accommodating, proactive and very pleasant. Good customer service is rare, so I think it is necessary to highlight it when it occurs. Thanks again, Dondre!
