💻📱 Giving GadgetBim Their Flowers! 💐 Wifey and I have been using GadgetBim, primarily their Quayside store, for quite a while now everything from purchasing devices to screen repairs on tablets and phones and the service has always been affordable, professional and reliable. My most recent experience deserves a special mention. My 2020 MacBook Pro had developed a swollen battery, and Apple was understandably suggesting it might be time to look at purchasing a new MacBook Neo or MacBook Air. Now… Apple products aren’t exactly cheap 😅, so a new MacBook wasn’t really on the cards right now and I’m pretty sure that expenditure wasn’t going to be approved by the Minister of Finance, aka my wife 😂😂. Enter Kyle at GadgetBim. He replaced the battery today, I updated the MacBook, and just like that, my 2020 Pro has a whole new lease on life! 🙌🏽 Even better, I got back the left-click functionality on my trackpad that I’d lost because the swollen battery was affecting it. Everything is working beautifully again, and instead of replacing an otherwise perfectly good laptop, a battery replacement was all it needed. Sometimes we’re way too quick to replace our tech when a good repair can give it several more years of useful life. So I just wanted to give GadgetBim and Kyle their flowers. 💐👏🏽 If you have a faulty phone, tablet, laptop, a damaged screen, battery issues or a device that you think might be on its last legs, check out GadgetBim at Quayside before you give up on it. Absolutely cannot reccomend this place enough for any phone repairs. We’re from the UK and needed the same phone fixed twice, the guys at gadgets bim went above and beyond to get our phone fixed quickly, fitted a new screen, case and screen protector. Even chucked in a perfume sample for us. Thanks so much, if you’re in need of a phone repair please use this place. Amazing team, service and staff

Darren was phenomenal!!... I had an incident with my phone and it was close to closing time....and when I called, Darren told me to come still...(even though I was in Spooner's Hill at the time!)... He waited on me to arrive and assessed my issues promptly and efficiently with such a cool attitude too! Thank you Darren...you are an asset to Gadgets Bim!

I’m visiting from Texas and stopped in to purchase a JBL speaker for about $40 USD to use on the beach. After trying it out, I noticed the volume didn’t seem to work well with my iPhone, so I returned the next day. The first associate I spoke with was very helpful and brought over the manager, D’Allo, to assist us. I was truly impressed by D’Allo’s professionalism, product knowledge, and the way he took the time to explain everything clearly. He was incredibly patient, kind, and never made us feel rushed. Thanks to his excellent customer service, we decided to upgrade to a higher-end JBL speaker that works perfectly with my phone. We also purchased a privacy screen protector for my iPhone. D’Allo turned what could have been a frustrating return into a wonderful shopping experience. Excellent service from start to finish—I highly recommend asking for D’Allo if you visit this store!

Excellent service from the Quayside location- front desk staff outstanding. Phone fixed with new battery / Screen within 1 hour. Price cheaper than the UK. Saving the day ! Thank- you 🙏
