The services and rates appear to be very competitive and I have never encountered the staff face-to-face, however, in attempting to acquire more information via telephone on multiple occasions, the staff were very dismissive wishing to defer me to emails or asking that I leave a message (to which I never received a call).
Words of caution: If you do not have a face, name, or knowledge about a current or potential customer, it should not prevent you from giving your best service, always. You never know who you're speaking to and how the impressive you give ripples negatively.

Had a small problem at the ATM and visited the Customer Service reps on the inside. The rep was pleasant and knowledgeable, but as usual the process took way longer than I think it needs to be. Nevertheless, the issue was resolved.

The directions that Google gives, they have blocked off that road, take the same directions for Price Lo, the bank and ATM are inside the store. When you enter swing left. Great customer service, and usually annoy 3 tellers working, which can help with things going quickly. Great Branch.
