You need to call ahead to book tour! First you watch a video about the history of cotton, then walk through the factory for a thorough tour that explains to multi step process to extract seeds from cotton and preparing it for shipping to Italy for processing, then turned into high quality products in Barbados.
The machinery in the factory is very old and very efficient. Fascinating!
Finally you go into the small show room with a small selection of items made using cotton and cottonseed oil. There are a few products to purchase on site. My friend and I both placed custom orders. I suggest going at the start of your trip so that your custom order may be ready before you leave.
They have beautiful hankies (among other items) that can be monogramed. Perfect for weddings and birthdays. It was a wonderful experience.

Thoroughly happy with our visit to the Cotton Factory (Exclusive Cottons of the Caribbean) on November 8, 2023. It may not be for everyone but it was certainly my cup of tea. Learned a lot from our presenter and guide. I felt I was in another time. No computers. Nothing modern. Old machinery still functioning after all this time though only active at cotton picking time in February. Bought lots of great cotton products though there was not much selection. Thank goodness. It is not easy to find sea island cotton where I live so I was grateful to find some there. I will remember my visit always. There was something very special about the place.

Visited on Dec. 6, 2017 and was a bit disappointed. No tours were offered and the cotton sheets were very expensive - more than $1,500US for king sheets! They felt great, but out of our budget. It would have been nice to see their operation but we were the only ones there and the one employee did not offer to show us around.
