Excellent service. We picked up the car at the cruise terminal and dropped it at the airport later the same day. It was so convenient and smooth. It allowed us to spend the day on the beach and not worry about our luggage and then drive to the airport in our own time with no stress. Great car, good condition. Sam was really communicative and explained everything for us. Highly recommend.

We arrived on cruise ship at 10am and looking for last moment car renting because weather was rainy. Called 2 different companies -no cars available due to fact 3 cruise ships at the port same time. This guy answered quickly and car was available. Asked $120 cash we ready to pay just not to be soaked.
Location was easy to find and delivery process was simple. Our car was videotaped around by owner infront of us in order to notice one previous dents or scratches. This video owner sent to my Watsup as pre-rental car's condition. Also he gave short instructions about car operations and very decent advices obout driving behaviors on Barbados roards.
Then we agree details for drop-off and in case of any "deviations" from plans we also agreed to ibform owner over Watsup in advance.
He was very helpful in any aspects.
And rental expense was very smooth.

It was an overall great experience renting from Dial A Hire. There was enough coordination over WhatsApp before our arrival to feel confident on how to get to their location which was right outside of the cruise terminal. It was a very short walk. They met us right away and showed us the car. He took a video of the whole car with us standing there to make sure when we arrived that we wouldn't be charged for damage we didn't cause. Then he showed us where the closest gas station would be so we could fill up when the day was over. That was really cool.
We told him our plan was to go to Bathsheba beach and then to Crane Beach. He told us that he thought there might be lots of seaweed over there and that we might want to alter our plan. That was nice to see him trying to help us.
The car was great. The price was low. I would rent from them again.

Excellent service, exactly what we needed to get around the Island for the day. The process was quick and smooth and a good price. They gave me advice on roads, best routes and how to stay safe. They were also kind enough to drop us in Bridgetown after dropping the car off ❤️
