First time ever, such poor service. You drop the ball this time. The package was to be delivered on the 16th of October. No calls emails. Just package on hold. Ready for clearance. On hold. Etc. Had to get in my car for the second time and drive to ask what was happening. Today is the 21st..

Companies in Barbados should get Elvis, Betty and Ingrid to show them what is good customer service. You are greeted with Betty's beautiful and charming smile and if she is busy Elivis or I Ingrid will be quick to assist.
Was ordering some radio equipment recently and the company was tellimg me they were shipping with" purple" into Barbados. The company lost the sale because I was not willimg to endure stressful and prolonged clearing delays on my equipmet reaching
