Excellent customer service and pc building.

My mother (in her 70s) has been a patron of DE Computers from its inception. Every time she has left her computer there for repairs, she has had to wait for months. On October 31, she ordered a battery for her laptop, paid in full, and still on January 1, 2023, has not received a call back or an update. "Don't call us, we'll call you" is the last thing she was told when she drove to Sheraton to check on its status.
Conclusion: staff do not respect elderly customers. I do not recommend.

Fast efficient professional service. Needed my laptop diagnosed as i was getting blue screen crashes. They checked it immediately and had the part i needed in stock. No issues since. Had a good stock of network supplies, cables, switches, wifi extenders and some streaming gear, webcam, mics and soundboards.

Excellent customer service. Product availability is generally good. Staff are well versed with the technology and usually provide great recommendations.

There is a good selection of products, but it lacks some products. The products I've bought from there have been of good quality.
The employees are always helpful and ready to assist.
Discounts are usually given when paying in cash.
