I had an excellent experience at the store and would certainly recommend it to others looking for printer inks. I was served by Judia and you could not ask for a more helpful person. I will certainly go back when my ink runs out.

Professional service. Repairs are not speedy due to parts availability. However, once the part arrived, they fixed my HP computer in a couple of days. Fully recommended.

I regrettably used this service because of the location at the time vs going to TSL Barbados Limited. I was told $76 deposit and $141 total minus the deposit at the end of the repair. Parts needed to be sourced and at which time I asked if I would need to pay more than the $65 balance and I was informed that it will not take more than an hour so no. The parts came and I was told I needed a bottom cover that the technician did not realized this before, only after he tried to replace the hinges. This meant that the diagnostic was not thorough yet still when the bottom cover came and was replace, I was informed that my deposit was null and void because of the time and was charge the full $141. So I had to pay for an incomplete diagnostic that prolonged the time frame. My thing be honest and upfront with your services so persons can make an informed decision. I was never told the deposit had a expiration date, especially knowing parts are not stored.

Not one of the electronic stores most persons first think of but they should be. They carry good printers at reasonable prices as well as other electronic items not often seen in other stores. I have found the staff to be very helpful and understanding of my needs often recommending better items before I have fully wrapped my head around what I wanted.
