We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Chillin and Grillin, and were delighted to return for two further visits after first discovering them in 2024. That in itself speaks volumes, as Oistins offers no shortage of choice, yet Chillin and Grillin consistently stood out. From the moment you arrive, the staff make you feel genuinely welcome. They are friendly, attentive, and clearly take pride in what they do, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere even during the busiest Fish Fry evenings. The service is efficient without ever feeling rushed, which can be hard to achieve in such a lively setting. The food is excellent value for money, with generous portion sizes and prices that feel more than fair for the quality and quantity on offer. Every dish we tried was full of flavour, freshly prepared, and cooked to a consistently high standard. The portions are substantial, the food is satisfying, and it’s clear that care and attention go into every plate. Chillin and Grillin has become our top recommendation for anyone planning to visit the Oistins Fish Fry. Whether it’s your first visit or a return trip, it’s a place that delivers great food, great service, and a genuinely enjoyable experience every time.

Fabulous place! We had the most delicious and surprisingly the cheapest meal of our entire 11-day vacation here. The staff were extremely friendly (and even kindly explained to paranoid me that “dolphin” on the menu isn’t actually dolphin, but another name for mahi-mahi). We ordered the grilled marlin and grilled mahi-mahi combo meals with sides (2 starches, 3 salads) - both were huge portions and absolutely delicious. Truly the freshest fish! I only wish we had discovered this spot sooner, we would’ve eaten here every day. We didn’t visit on a Friday because I didn’t want to deal with the crowds and hassle. Instead, we came on a Tuesday and had a very relaxed, pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Amazing Experience 👏 We tired the grilled snapper and fried snapper at Chillin' & Grillin' both was excellent. The food is delicious and the price is reasonable. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. If you want to enjoy the food without going crazy, try lunch instead of Friday Night. It's a must try if you visit The Oistins Fish Fry.

This was so delicious. We got to sit straight down which was lucky. Food was amazing and freshly cooked right beside us on the grill. Watched the sunset whilst we waited and then the food came and it was outstanding. Awesome awesome awesome. Friendly service from Phillip ☝🏽🫶🏽✨

Back again and visited 3 times during my stay. Veronica was unavailable so I dealt with the lovely Kia who ordered me my lobsters and even manged to get me some Amber Jack Fish in which is a beautiful tasty fish. Definitely the best restaurant in oistins. Back to 1 of my favourite restaurants on the island The quality here and freshest is sublime, also great value! Jaden who i mentioned in my previous review is currently overseas working but his mum Veronica is still here cooking up a storm! I visited here 3 timed during my stay and twice she specially ordered me in lobsters and they where massive and delicious, probably the best I've ever had! Cooked in a delightful garlic butter served with 2 side starches and salads. You can also get 4 bottles of beer here for $10BBD The lobster season doesn't open till September so best to pre order if you desire one. Also Friday nights at oistins are extremely busy so arrive early to avoid disappointment. Beautiful food served by great people! This is probably my favourite place to dining at in oistins. Perfectly cooked grilled or fried this place has been doing it right for a long time now. Theres always a good selection on offer and if they haven't got what you want the knowledgeable staff will recommend something you'd probably like even more after trying it! This very thing happened to me when I went looking for king fish, my waiter Jaden recommended the Amber fish instead or barracuda. The Amber was grilled to perfection and delicious served with a choice of 2 starches I.e. grilled potatoes, rice and peas. And 3 salads it's truly a hearty meal and reasonably priced. In fact i liked it that much on my next visit I had the fish platter also with the Amber fish and Congolli topped with a shrimp, my partner had the mahi-mahi fish also known as the dolphin fish. Don't worry it's not Flipper but will appear on menu as dolphin. If you want a lobster it's best to order the day before as there normally not kept in stock. Theres specials on beers there ( 3 banks for BB$10) wine is BB$15 for a small bottle. Oh if you don't like crowds and waiting then avoid the weekly Friday party night across all of oistins.
