Love the 24-hour access. The outside is well-lighted after dark; I never felt fearful on my 4 a.m. visits. There's a good selection of equipment and the staff is friendly.
The Administrative side needs some work tho. Emails are not answered in a timely manner, if at all. In January 2025, my daughter and I tried to cancel our memberships within days of each other. She got an email acknowledging her request, but then she was charged one more time (and refunded) before it was cancelled. My request was never acknowledged, but the cancellation was effected.
As I write this review, my daughter tells me that she received an email saying her membership is up for renewal. It's April. We cancelled since January. Something's wrong somewhere.
