Sometimes we reach out to government agencies expecting the call to go unanswered or answered by rude employees. Today, I was assisted by Christina Williams. She was extremely helpful, patient and well mannered. Kudos to you Christina on doing your job and doing it well! Keep up the good work 👏

The staff is very helpful and efficient. The problem is not with the staff it’s with the ridiculous process that makes everything so complicated and archaic as if we live in 1970. It’s 2024 and everything is supposed to be online yet even the online process is ridiculous. People should not have to be trying to register a vehicle for 4-5 days and wasting precious time to do so. They also seem extremely understaffed being that the staff seems to be on time generally and work well.

On April 16,2024 my wife and I went to the Barbados revenue authority at the Pines location for the road tax and renewal. Around 2:30 PM my wife went to the receiving area, and was told by the G4S security guard that the registration area was closed for the day even though the sign says payment from 8:30-3:30 p.m. When I asked the guard about the time discrepancy, he said the supervisor makes decision to close off. The guard was unprofessional and very rude and not helpful. Instead of putting these type of gars at the door, they should put employees that know what’s going on and can assist customers. The service was poor and the security guard was untrained they need to go back to the cane field and work.

Very friendly security guards and very friendly staff at the welfare office. I have had the delight to speak to the receptionist and she was very helpful and pleasant, I also have the pleasure of meeting one of their officers and he is extremely polite, on point, funny and nice. Having him work with me and my case is a blessing. I pray God continue to keep all of them safe in the name of Jesus.
