This review is specifically for the Black Rock branch, I have never encountered such appalling poor service at Six Roads. Loan application
process took 1 month with me having to constantly call to check status. Day 1 for disbursement I arrived 40 minutes late for my
appointment and was refused to be seen Day 2 of disbursement I arrived 15 minutes early and waited an hour and a half to be seen. Day 3 I had to go back
for the check with more surprises and more long waiting

The way business is conducted here sucks. There is little to no convenience with these guys. You’re unable to send money to users of other financial institutions and this is the 21st century! For an institution with such a large customer base the fact that they’re so behind the competition is ridiculous and repulsive.
