I had a wonderful stay at Annwin Apartment in St. James. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is peaceful and convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area while still enjoying a quiet atmosphere.
What stood out most was the warm hospitality and the attention to detail, which made me feel right at home. Whether you’re visiting for a short vacation or a longer stay, I would definitely recommend Annwin Apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable place to stay in St. James. I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit.

We stayed at Annwin apartment in Match 26. The apartment is well equipped and there is air conditioning in the bedrooms. A highlight is the pool which is great for a cooling dip between sunbathing sessions! The location is a short walk from the beach and local restaurants. We shopped for provisions in Holetown. All in all a great holiday let.

There are several separate apartments owned by the same delightful family. We stayed in a large one bedroom apartment with a large terrace. The apartment was extremely well equipped with a full array of cooking utensils, washer and drier etc, so self catering was easy. The terrace included a table, chairs, sun umbrella, and sun loungers. Ideal if you are planning a longer stay rather than just one or two weeks. The property is located up a gently rising slope approximately 600m from the main road that runs along the coastline. At the bottom of the road is a useable public beach and there are several restaurants nearby. There are bus stops at the bottom of the road and buses are frequent. A single fare of B$3.50 seems to apply on any bus (government or private reggae buses) no matter how long your journey is. The only drawback was that the supermarkets were a bus ride away. Apart from that this is an excellent place to stay with wonderfully accommodating hosts that live nearby.

John and Pat are very responsive, and welcoming. Location is quiet but a close 10 min walk to beaches and amenities. Beautiful landscaping and a very lovely plunge pool- perfect size and depth for kids and even included pool toys!

Originally I was looking to stay at a Hotel , but due to demand everywhere was full and thus looked for a rental property.
Annwin Apartment was going to be a real highlight of the holiday as John and Pat (the owners) introduce you immediately to life in Barbados and at a local level.
The apartment itself comprises of two bedrooms both with air condition. A large living room/dining room and large kitchen area, Whilst there is a small plunge pool and outside seating area with BBQ.
They will also help you with transfers by recommending one of their local taxi drivers at a very reasonable price on arrival from the Airport.
Where the property excels is both in its local feel and location away from the main footfall of visitors complimented with 100 % customer service by John and Pat.
If you really want to experience Barbados then this is the place to stay.
