We had a wonderful morning here. Sharon gave us a guided tour and has a fantastic wealth of
knowledge. The planta are amazing plus we saw hummingbirds, geckos, big
hermit crabs. What a fabulous jewel
of a place. A must see! Thank you, Sharon..💕

What an experience 🔥. It's one thing to see it in photos but another to experience it in person
Absolutely stunning, with the Atlantic Ocean roar being heard throughout. So many plant species, well thought layout. It's a botanical paradise . From entrance to exit, it is really something else ❤️
Bought the month pass and will be sure to pass by again 🇧🇧🙏

Was invited to have a quick guided tour around Andromeda and it quickly became a highlight of my trip! Sharon knows her stuff and is super passionate about this place. The flowers are gorgeous and the stories are super interesting and sometimes dark - I'm looking at you Quassia Amara. The work that is being done is inspiring, including making the gardens more accessible for those with mobility issues and building strong links with the local community. As a primary school teacher, particularly love the relationship with the schools. I loved Andromeda so much that my souvenir for my trip is a print of the place (unfortunately I couldn't find any paintings in my budget) but I am able to remember this trip fondly every time I look at it. Thanks again!

Andromeda Botanic Gardens is a beautiful horticultural garden on the East Coast of Barbados. It is a peaceful place with winding pathways through a hillside filled with rare palms, ancient Bearded Fig trees, and vibrant tropical blooms. It is an ideal escape for nature lovers.

Sharon, the owner, is incredibly enthusiastic about every detail—large or small—about this wonderfully historic place with an immense amount of plants, trees, and flowers from around the world that are thriving in Barbados. It’s a lush wonderland and educational without being too high-brow.
A must for any visit to Barbados!
